Our Process

Expectations:

LMS has built a reputation for exceeding clients' expectations.

Our years of experience in handling virtually every legal-related assignment have taught us that matching job requirements to resumés is only half of the challenge. You also must be aware of the unstated expectations of an assignment.

LMS excels in saving clients time by assessing what is needed now and could be needed later, and then narrowing the search for the right candidate at the right time for the specific assignment.

Details:

LMS explores and anticipates.

We ask the client for as much information as possible about an assignment to thoroughly understand both the scope and the specifics.

Likewise, we test and conduct in-depth interviews with our temporary, temporary-to-permanent and permanent placement candidates.

Our goal for every assignment is to match the specifics of an assignment with detail-minded candidates.

Quality:

LMS is tough on delivering quality and results.

We know that quality means not just getting the job done right but also pride in the work. That’s why, when we interview candidates, we look not only for skill level but also for factors that can determine performance and job satisfaction. Our work does not end when the candidate begins work: we regularly monitor performance, candidate satisfaction – and, most importantly, client satisfaction.

We have the know-how and the resources to keep both projects and profitability flowing.

Flexibility:

LMS offers capable candidates for virtually every assignment:

Attitude:

LMS candidates must have the right skills, the right priorities, and the right attitude.

Our initial contact with candidates reveals a lot about attitudes that could surface later on the job. Candidates who think details are unimportant, for example, are not likely to show respect for our clients' time-honored, quality procedures.

Honesty:

If we cannot meet a client’s needs, LMS admits it. We will not send resumés if the candidate does not have the qualifications specified by our client. We would rather pass on the opportunity if it would mean presenting a less qualified candidate.
