We keep pricing simple and flexible. Our invoicing can be customized to accommodate the client’s needs.For permanent placements, our fees are based on the complexity of the search, not on the candidate’s compensation. Fees are determined prior to the search.
Our commitment: If, for any reason, a person in a permanent position does not work out during the first 90 days, LMS will refund the entire placement fee or conduct a new search at no additional charge.
